Gentle Yoga:
For all levels and appropriate for everyone.

Restorative
:
Relax, renew and deeply restore the Body, Mind and Spirit.
 

Beginner:
Suggested for all students who have taken Anusara yoga essentials or who have a little yoga experience.

All Levels:
Geared to students at differing levels from beginner to advanced.

Level 2
:
Appropriate for students who have an intermediate/advanced asana practice and a deep understanding of Anusara Yoga.

Level 2 Lead: This class is an upbeat class and the teacher practices with the students.

Mindfulness Yoga: This is an all levels slower moving class with inward focused attention on the subtleties of the experience of each pose.
