Shakti Rocks:*
This fast moving, upbeat lead class is designed for level 2 students.
$15 drop in.
Eye Of the Tiger:*
This special 2.5 hour class runs once a month and will begin again in the fall. This class is is geared for level 1-2 students who want to take their practice to the next level. It is a $20 drop in.
For all levels and appropriate for everyone.
Restorative:
Relax, renew and deeply restore the Body, Mind and Spirit.
Beginner:
Suggested for all students who have taken Anusara yoga essentials or who have a little yoga experience.
All Levels:
Geared to students at differing levels from beginner to advanced.
Level 2:
Appropriate for students who have an intermediate/advanced asana practice and a deep understanding of Anusara Yoga.
Level 2 Lead: This class is an upbeat class and the teacher practices with the students.
Guided Meditation: This class is designed to jump start your existing mediation practice or ignite a new one. Monday evenings. Six class card available for $45 or drop in fee of $10.
Hula Hooping: This six week series provides the experienced, as well as the beginner, the opportunity to explore the exciting world of hula hooping. Cost for series is $60. POSTPONED until a later date. If interested, please email info@prasadyoga.com.
Sensory Kid Yoga with OT/Parent Wellness Support: Two therapeutic classes at the same time. Kid's class offered for children with Sensory Processing Differences, Autism, PDD, Asperger's and related conditions. Parent's class offered for parents and caregivers.
