Michelle will show concrete and foundational ways of helping students and ourselves bring the body back into a place of a deep healing using Anusara yoga Universal Principles of Alignment.  We will learn how to diagnose trouble spots, and use hands on skills of adjusting to bring relief. 

Appropriate for teachers and students who want to learn more about supporting deep shifts in themselves and others. It is strongly suggested to take the anatomy workshop offered in February prior to this intensive.  Some Anusara yoga experience is desired.
